Rescue Beach

A secluded beach within a 5 minute walk from Rosalie Apartments. Once you leave the apartments turn right on Seaside Dr. and walk straight along the paved road until you see a dirt road (next to a Spanish Villa) and walk along the coast to Rescue Beach. It is next to Surfers Bay Beach Bar.
Miami Beach, Barbados

Super nice beach which we recommend as you 1st Choice with lots beach and shade if you want it. Vendors rent chaise lounges, there is a bar located in a bus at the beach AND Casper’s Beachside Restaurant and Bar directly behind the beach. You could also walk into Oistins for lots of food options too. This beach is a 3o minute walk away or a 5 minute drive.

Epic Surf Cafe

For the best Acai and fruit bowls around, you have to go to Epic Café. Reasonably priced and loaded with granola, fruit, and everything else that makes them so wonderful.
Surfer's Cafe

Surfers Café is a great breakfast and lunch place. It is very well known with the locals. They also have live Reggae bands playing from time to time. Typically posted on a chalk board in front of the building.
Casper's Beachside

Casper’s Beachside is the restaurant directly behind Miami Beach. Good drinks and fish wraps for lunch. Keep in mind they only accept cash payments.
Deia Beach

Deia Beach is recommend for tasty lunch food and cold drinks. It has a Club 55 vibe with chill music playing all day. Bands also play here. You can stay at the beach and get served drinks and lunch on your chaise lounges! That also have a fresh water pool with free access if you buy drinks and/or food too. We always spend a day at Deia Beach during our trips.
Massy Stores Supemarket Oistins

Massy Stores Supermarket in Oistins is the largest and closest grocery store. You will find a good selection here but don’t forget about supporting the local street side vendors for your fruit and vegetables. It would be 7 minute drive away.
Oistins

Your are a 7 minute drive to get all the fresh fish, seafood, veggies, and fruit at Oistins Fish Market – the largest selection on the island. Even if you are not cooking in the apartment, it is fun to look. Every Friday night is Oistins Fish Fry, a must go event for food, drinks, and music.
